This policy explains how shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds work for orders placed on the Bezza website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days. Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.


Delivery Timeline

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability. After dispatch, delivery may take a few additional days based on your city, state, and courier conditions.


Shipping Delays

Sometimes delays can happen due to reasons beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, festive rush, incorrect address, customer unavailability, remote location issues, public holidays, or strikes.

In such cases, we will try our best to support you with tracking and updates.


Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing the order. Bezza will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability.

If an order is returned to us because of incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.


Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product received is defective.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if you receive a defective product.


To claim a refund for a defective product, proper evidence is required. The unboxing video is compulsory and must start from the sealed package before it is opened.

Required proof includes:

  • Clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package

  • Clear photo or video showing the defect

  • Order ID

  • Product images

  • Packaging images

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


Defective Product Claim Timeline

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


What Is Not Eligible for Refund

  • Product has been used

  • Product is damaged after delivery

  • Product packaging is missing or tampered with

  • No proper unboxing video is available

  • Customer ordered the wrong product

  • Customer changed their mind after delivery

  • Minor colour difference due to lighting, screen, or photography

  • Delay caused by the courier partner after dispatch


Refund Approval

Once we receive your complaint and evidence, our team will review the case. If the defect is verified, we may offer a refund or replacement depending on the case and product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
